Millions and millions of people rely on us to offer the best, safest, most rewarding app experience possible, and every one of our employees and employers is committed to living up to the trust our community, the hive, places in us!
These are our community guidelines. Any violation of these guidelines may result in the removal of your content or your BarBee Inc. account, and may even result in a permanent ban from our service and/or criminal prosecution.
These guidelines apply to all your content and activity on BarBee Inc., as well as interactions you may have with other BarBee Inc. users, on or off our platform. The guidelines are also periodically reviewed and updated.
Beyond the below, we encourage you to read our safety tips and holistic security guide for more valuable information. And please report 🚫 any behavior or user that violates our policies or terms of service—doing so will help us keep BarBee Inc. amazing.

We want you to be yourself and express yourself professionally here. We also expect you to leave someone alone when they indicate they want to be left alone. This is a foundational rule. Misusing our reporting system to get back at someone who's blocked you, or creating new accounts to continue patterns of unwanted contact will result in a permanent ban. Any person posing as an "employer" just to meet someone will result in a permanent ban and/or criminal prosecution. Any "employee" contacting or visiting a business establishment will also result in a permanent ban and/or criminal prosecution.
This should go without saying, but we don't allow hate speech or violence of any kind. If we learn that you have abused or seriously threatened another user, you will be banned forever. We may also remove content that we find too graphic, offensive, or insensitive and hurtful, even if there was no ill intent. Finally, depictions of self harm or suicide can be harmful for others, so we will remove them. If you see someone in crisis, please let us know.
BarBee Inc. DOES NOT allow nudity or explicit sexual content in public profiles. You can totally send photos privately, but always make sure that you have consent from the recipient first. If you are reported to send sexual and/or explicit photos without consent, you will be banned and/or criminal charges will be filed.
If something is illegal offline, well guess what: it's also illegal on BarBee Inc. Yes, this includes drugs. Illegal content and depictions of illegal activity will be taken down and, when appropriate, reported to the appropriate authorities.
BarBee Inc. is for adults ONLY. You must be at least 18 to use the app (or older in certain jurisdictions). We take this age limit very, very seriously, and any violation or suspected violation will result in a ban, at a minimum, and could lead us to involve the appropriate authorities.
We also do not allow any photos of anyone under 18, in any context. This includes photos where a minor's face is blurred out, is in the background, or whatever.
Our total ban on minor activity extends to communication: if a user communicates with another user that they believe to be under 18, that is also a violation of our age policy. By immediately reporting underage profiles, you are keeping other users and yourself safe.
Be yourself on the app, not someone else. Any profiles impersonating other people, including celebrities, will be banned. Content that you post on BarBee Inc. should be of you or by you, and you should represent yourself truthfully.
BarBee Inc. will never ask you for personal details like your password or your credit card information. Other users don't need to know this stuff either. Please protect yourself by keeping this information to yourself. In the interest of safety, we will remove any sensitive personal information displayed publicly, such as phone numbers and addresses, and we may suspend or ban the profile.
Unwelcome solicitation of another user's personal information, prompting users to visit outside links, or any kind of spamming or scamming will get you banned.
NO spam our users with links or use BarBee Inc. to advertise your business (unless to employ users). Sexual or financial solicitation is unlawful and is completely prohibited.
If you see someone breaking the rules, please report them using the 🚫 [block/report icon] button found in the upper right corner of their profile, and we'll take it from there. The more information that you add in the comments or attach to your report, the better we'll be able to look into it.
Please always remember to be tolerant, and try to give other people the benefit of the doubt (both here on BarBee Inc. and everywhere!) Someone on the app might upset or offend you without necessarily violating our guidelines. In those instances, it's best to just use our block feature—you and the other user will never see or contact each other again. Reporting non-issues will keep us from fighting the real problems.
